SMS Notification Policy

Who sends these messages

RoofRefs (operated by Milko Balakchiev, DBA RoofRefs, Plano TX) sends SMS notifications to roofing contractors who have registered on roofrefs.com and provided a mobile phone number.

What messages we send

• New lead alerts — when a homeowner in your area submits a roofing project
• Connection approvals — when a homeowner approves your connection request
• Direct contact notifications — when a homeowner contacts you through your profile
• Account and service updates related to your RoofRefs listing

How you opt in

You consent to receive SMS messages by checking the SMS consent box on the contractor registration form at roofrefs.com/for-contractors. Consent is not required to register or use RoofRefs — you may opt out at any time.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on lead activity in your area. On average, contractors receive 1–5 messages per week during active periods.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe immediately. You will receive one confirmation message and no further SMS from RoofRefs. You can also email contractors@roofrefs.com to opt out.

Costs

RoofRefs does not charge for SMS notifications. Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply.
